Callista

Hueller aroma variety with a broad flavour spectrum and high stress and climate tolerance. Due to its low cohumulone content, Callista achieves an extremely mild, balanced bitter quality with an intensely hoppy flavour profile when brewed hot. When cold-hopped, it develops passion fruit, peach and sweet-fruity berry flavours, depending on the type of beer, the amount of hops used and when they are added.
